First Growth hire at Contentsquare in 2018. Then SDR Lead and Growth Lead at Batch.
Enterprise pipeline generation is its own discipline. I've focused on what actually works: outbound, events, RevOps, and business partnerships.
Today, I work with Sales and Marketing leaders, embedded as a Fractional Head of Growth, or on focused projects to accelerate demand generation.

SDR Team Lead → Growth Lead
Scaled an SDR team to 8 reps, then took full ownership of pipeline as Growth Lead. Built signal tracking infrastructure, led outbound and ABM at scale, ran 6-figure event budgets (One to One Monaco, Batch Keynotes...).
Growth Manager (first Growth hire)
Built the outbound engine from scratch during hypergrowth (300 → 1,500 employees, $5.6B valuation). Scaled marketing operations across 10 countries.
You need someone embedded, with full ownership of pipeline generation: strategy, execution, and reporting.
2–3 days a week.
